Deep Breathing Yoga & Self-Tying Meditation

We are beyond excited to have this event on the regularly scheduled programming- a practice you do not want to miss! Join us for a centering deep breathing yoga, self tying, & guided meditation with Hope (@hope__thegypsy) and submissivetiger (@submissivetiger666). Learn how to connect deeply with your body and find what out what intentional touch means to you and your spirit! 

  • We are back on Zoom! Many folks have requested recordings of our meetings and classes and Zoom gives us the capability to do so! You will receive a copy of the recording via email after the meeting so if you're unable to make it or would just like a recording, purchase a ticket <3

  • Also, please make sure you download the app before we start!

  • We recommend having one to two pieces of rope, a cutting instrument and water with you.

  • We also encourage you to set your mood with candles/scents/notebook & pen/water!

  • All skill levels welcome!

  • **If you are unable to purchase a ticket at this time- we offer sliding scale so please contact us to join! As we strive to keep rope accessible.
